He leads the Group’s strategy, growth, and regional expansion, driving its mission to deliver world-class financial advisory, securities brokerage and investment solutions across key African markets.

With a strong background in banking, corporate finance, and capital markets, Jean Paul has built a reputation for structuring innovative financial solutions and guiding clients through complex, cross-border transactions. Prior to founding Matha Capital Group, he held senior roles in international banking institutions in Asia and Africa, where he gained extensive experience in fundraising, structured finance, and investment strategy.
