Gilles has been a key part of key deals for many African sovereigns and continues to lead many innovative initiatives and structures transactions that have helped many African sovereigns and corporates.

Emmanuel NAMBWARE
Managing Director
Emmanuel has had a long career in trading, credit structuring and selling treasury products across many geographies, starting his banking career in Zimbabwe and briefly into Zambia. Emmanuel spent a good amount time in Ghana and Cote d'Ivoire with international banks, trading currencies, credit products and was from time to time tasked with setting up desks to trade new and complex treasury and deploying same across the West Africa region. Emmanuel has also had a stint in such countries as UAE, India and Nigeria on similar jobs.

Francine comes with a rich finance and administration background, having worked with international aid programs that had country wide impact, and also spent a good amount of time with Rwanda’s Private Sector Federation, an institution that could be credited with uplifting Rwanda’s status as a regional business centre. As the firm continue to expand and re-organize Francine continues to be in charge of establishing and deploying the processes and procedures that keep Matha Capital ahead and compliant.
